Who Receives These Messages

Only consumers who have created an account in the Continental Coin mobile app and actively opted in to SMS messaging during account signup.

How Consumers Opt In

During account signup in the Continental Coin app, consumers are shown an unchecked checkbox next to the disclosure text below. The checkbox must be actively checked before signup can be completed. Consent is never pre-selected or assumed, and this is the only opt-in method used.
