These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Continental Coin mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by King Taurus Management LLC ("Continental Coin," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We verify age through date-of-birth information collected during onboarding.
Continental Coin supports two account types:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at ossiris@continentalcoin.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
Continental Coin uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to connect Consumers with nearby Coin Holder businesses that have opted in to broadcasting. Coin Holders control when and whether their business broadcasts.
Ce Ce is an AI-powered assistant that helps Consumers book appointments with Coin Holders based on information the Coin Holder provides (services, pricing, hours, and — where connected — Google Calendar availability). Bookings made through Ce Ce are subject to confirmation by the Coin Holder. Continental Coin is not a party to the underlying service agreement between a Consumer and a Coin Holder and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service booked through the Service.
Coin Holders may link third-party booking platforms (e.g., Booksy, The Cut, Squire). Continental Coin is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party platforms.
By creating a Coin Holder account, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business you are registering, and that all business information you provide (hours, pricing, services, offers) is accurate.
Continental Coin offers an optional paid subscription tier ("Gold") at the price displayed in the app at the time of purchase, billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, unless otherwise required by the app store through which you downloaded the Service. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Coin Holders are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any promotional content, offers, or pricing they post through the Service.

The Service, including its underlying technology, design, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by King Taurus Management LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Continental Coin's proximity-matching architecture is the subject of a pending patent application. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Twilio, Stripe, OpenAI, Google Calendar, and others, to deliver certain features. Your use of these integrations may also be subject to the applicable third party's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT BLE-BASED PROXIMITY DETECTION WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE IN ALL CONDITIONS.
CONTINENTAL COIN DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES OFFERED BY COIN HOLDERS. ANY TRANSACTION OR APPOINTMENT BETWEEN A CONSUMER AND A COIN HOLDER IS SOLELY BETWEEN THOSE PARTIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KING TAURUS MANAGEMENT LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless King Taurus Management LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
